The main club nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays, when the girls leave the centre at 7.00pm after first going through their stretching and warm up routine.

For the more dedicated runners amongst them a "Wide Awake" group also meet on Sunday mornings at 9.00am

In summer, the group run almost entirely off road, along the canals, railway walk or through the woods. In winter, the safety and security of the main roads and street lighting is used.
