Dudley Ladies is much more than a running club and its active social side plays a large part in us all having a good time.

A lot of the ladies stay for a drink or two in the bar after training and with very few men around they make Tuesdays and Thursdays a real girl’s night out. Fish and Chip Suppers and evenings out to Baltis', Restaurants, Skittles Nights, Discos and anywhere else that the girls can let their hair down, dress up and have a good time are regularly organised.

Beats me how they get time to go running!!! However, judging by these few photo's someone has been having a good time!!
