Dudley Ladies Calendar Shoot
Just before Christmas 2004, a Women's Institute style cheeky photo-shoot for Wombournes' annual calendar
in aid of breast cancer was organised when around 30 to 40 of our bravest souls volunteered
to bare their bits to
the camera. Some of Dudley Ladies finest were then represented on a couple of
prominent pages in
the calendar which is extremely popular locally and is widely distributed around the Black Country and
featured in the local press.
Anyone who has seen any of the previous calendars, will know how amusing they
are. In fact, you'll never be able to look the local Wombourne Butcher in the eye again
without thinking of his sausage or
regard the supposedly "quiet, shy and reserved" Rita in quite the same light.
